The company started to accommodate job orders from Thermotrol
Electrical Company, PLDT, General Motors, Singer Sewing Machine,
Phil. Electric Company, General Electric Company, and Fedders
Air Condition.
We also served the Swedish firm Electrolux
Phils., Inc. in August 1991 supplying their stainless drain
cocks for water purifiers and stainless handles for their
electric polishers.

| Serving through contract purchase order from the clients,
it has sustained growth by producing quality merchandise as the
company continually invested additional manufacturing
machineries. |

| Through the years, Mr. Edgardo V. Araga has gained
credibility and consistency in the metal fabrication industry so
much so that Antonio Suzuki Phils. Incorporated gave him
the opportunity to develop for the first time motorcycle parts
which were previously imported and never been fabricated locally
in August 29, 1991. |

| As
part of the company evolution, the Board of Directors determined
to incorporate the business it was resolved and approved that
the company KEA Industries will be changed to K.E.A.
Industrial Corporation to be more expressive for the Araga
family with combined capital of Two million pesos (2M). |

With
the increasing demand of purchased metal products from the
increasing number of customers and to accommodate the entire
operation, the company bought a parcel of land located at Brgy.
Mambog IV, Wakas Bacoor, Cavite with total area of 1500
sqm. for use as the new manufacturing plant on December
1998, KEA Industrial Corporation started its transfer that was
completed on August
12,2002. In the same year, it has been granted an approval from
Securities and Exchange Commission of changing our principal
address and business permit / license from the Municipal
Government of Bacoor, Cavite |

| Considering
the increase demand of production and cutting services from its
clients, the corporation acquired one unit of
Italian brand Hydraulic Shearing Machine (Gasparini CO
3004) as replacement from previous mechanical shearing machine
last September 25,2002. Moreover, the company constructed an additional Spray Booth and acquired another unit of
Metallic Gun with Super Corona (ITW Gema MPS 1-F) as additional
for the continuous demand for powder-coated products on May
7,2001. |

| Aside from our existing Powder Coating System, many of
the clients preferred for an electroplating finish products, and
so with this it came up with its own Electroplating System
for the customer's demand to go beyond the client's expectation. |

history did not end here, the fact that the company enjoyed such
momentous development within a short period of its existence, it
